2020 Program now open
Beach is pleased to announce our FY20 Graduate Program will commence in February 2020. The FY20 program will have graduates on the program for three years and will come from the following disciplines:
- Geoscience (Geology, Geophysics)
- Engineering (Petroleum, Reservoir, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental)
- Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Science
- Accounting / Economics / Finance
Our new program gives graduates exposure to the complexities and intricacies our industry, with valuable hands-on work experience along with action based learning to support their development and long-term career goals.
The program is open to students who can start work from February 2020 and are either currently in their penultimate year of undergraduate study or post graduate studies. Beach targets high-quality graduates who exemplify Beach’ values and are committed to achieving commercial outcomes through technical excellence.
What we offer:
Individual Mentorship and support where each first-year graduate is assigned a senior technical mentor to help with technical work, career guidance and navigating capability and skills within the organisation.
Dedicated Buddy who can provide practical, day-to-day support so graduates quickly find their feet at Beach and build networks with their colleagues throughout the company.
Job rotations for some disciplines, hands-on experience and training to build technical, capability and leadership and personal development.

Our selection process provides all candidates with the same opportunity to demonstrate capability This is achieved by utilising a consistent candidate evaluation process.
There are always many applications for graduate roles, undertake your research on the Oil & Gas industry, and Beach to prepare for a possible interview. This role is due to begin in February 2020 with first round interviews expected to take place in late October
