Reginald George Nelson
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr Nelson joined in May 1992 as an Executive Director, appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 1995 and then Managing Director in May 2002. He has had a career spanning nearly four decades as an exploration geophysicist in the minerals and petroleum industries. He was Chairman of the peak industry organisation, the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association (APPEA) from 2004 to 2006 and remains a member of its Council. He is also a Director of ASX listed companies, Ramelius Resources Limited (since 1995), Monax Mining Ltd (since 2004) and Marmota Energy Limited (since 2006). His special responsibilities include membership of the Corporate Development Committee and was a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee until May 2009. Mr Nelson's contribution to the Board is his technical expertise and knowledge of the petroleum industry and broad experience in corporate matters.

Hector Mackenzie Gordon

Mr Gordon was appointed as an Executive Director in June 2005. He is a geologist with 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry. His previous employers include Delhi Petroleum Pty Ltd, Esso Australia Pty Ltd, AGL Petroleum and Santos Limited. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Kathryn Presser
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND COMPANY SECRETARY
BA (Accounting), Grad Dip CSP, FAICD, CPA, ACIS, AFAIM
Ms Presser joined Beach in January 1997 and was appointed to the role of Company Secretary in January 1998. Appointed as the Chief Financial Officer in June 2005, Ms Presser has over 25 years experience in senior accounting and company secretarial roles and is a qualified chartered secretary. She is currently on the Committee of the South Australian Branch of Chartered Secretaries Australia and is also a member of the Petroleum Society of Australia. She is a Director of Mawson Petroleum Pty Ltd.

Cathy Oster
LEGAL & CORPORATE COUNSEL AND JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY
BA (Jurisprudence), LLB, LLM (Corporate & Commercial), FCIS
Ms Oster was appointed joint Company Secretary in July 2005. She has more than 18 years experience as a lawyer and a partner in private practice, advising on corporate and commercial transactions. Ms Oster is a qualified chartered secretary. She is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, AMPLA and the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association. She also serves on the board of a not for profit aged care provider.

Neil Gibbins
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr Gibbins joined the company in 1997, initially in the role of Chief Geophysicist. Appointed as Exploration Manager in 2005, he is a geophysicist with over 25 years of experience in the petroleum industry, over a wide variety of regions in Australia and internationally. Prior to joining Beach he was employed by Esso Australia and Santos Limited, initially as a geophysicist and later in supervisory roles. He is a member of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia and the Australian Society of Exploration Geophysicists.

Gordon Moseby
GENERAL MANAGER - BUSINESS REVIEW AND PLANNING
BE (Petroleum, 1st Class Hons)
Mr Moseby graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1992 with a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering and joined Santos Ltd where he gained extensive experience planning and implementing oil & gas developments in the Cooper & Eromanga Basins. In 1996, whilst subsequently employed by Chevron Niugini and Oil Search Ltd, he joined the Moran Extended Welltest development team in the Papua New Guinea foldbelt prior to involvement in the Moran Full Field Development and other neighbouring projects. Mr Moseby joined Beach in early 2002 to oversee the operation and development of Beach's oil and gas assets, and in 2009 was promoted to General Manager - Production & Panning to more broadly focus on the company's Corporate Planning and Business Development. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia (PESA).

Steve Masters

Mr Masters graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Geology) in 1992 and completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Petroleum Geology and Geophysics at the University of Adelaide in 1993. In 2001, he completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment with the Securities Institute of Australia (now Finsia). Mr Masters joined Beach in early 2007 after approximately ten years with Woodside Energy Ltd where he held a variety of commercial roles associated with LNG, domestic gas, offshore oil projects and mergers and acquisitions. He has broad experience in the negotiation of oil and gas agreements, domestic and international acquisitions, divestments, and corporate strategy.
